Role Overview
KAVAK is seeking a customer-focused Finance and Insurance Agent.
The role manages the end-to-end finance and insurance journey and supports a seamless vehicle purchasing experience.
The position collaborates with banks, insurance providers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete finance process from customer application through vehicle delivery.
- Evaluate customer profiles and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Prepare and submit complete and accurate finance applications to banking partners.
- Follow up with banks to expedite approvals and LPO issuance.
- Present finance, insurance, and ancillary products in a clear, consultative manner.
- Achieve finance, insurance, and product penetration targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Build relationships with banking and insurance partners.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams.
- Stay informed about market trends, lender policies, financing programs, and insurance offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services is required.
- Previous UAE auto finance bank experience or automotive Finance and Insurance experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products, lending policies, and credit assessment is required.
- Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and automotive finance compliance is required.
- Experience with multiple banking and insurance partners is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UAE automotive financing products and banking policies.
- Understanding of AECB reports, loan structuring, and automotive insurance products.
- Established relationships with UAE banks or financial institutions.
