Role Overview
Kavak is seeking a customer-focused Finance and Insurance Agent.
The role manages the end-to-end finance and insurance journey for vehicle customers.
The position works with banks, insurance providers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to improve approvals, conversion, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance applications through vehicle delivery and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Prepare accurate applications, follow up with banks, and expedite approvals and LPO issuance.
- Present finance, insurance, and ancillary products while meeting penetration targets.
- Maintain compliance and relationships with banking and insurance partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams.
- Monitor lender policies, financing programs, market trends, and insurance offerings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services.
- Previous experience with multiple banking and insurance partners.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance products, lending policies, credit assessment, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE automotive finance or banking experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding of AECB reports, loan structuring, and automotive insurance products is preferred.
- Established relationships with UAE banks or financial institutions are advantageous.
