About the Role
Koraspond, a digital media marketing agency in Jeddah, is looking for a Junior Art Director to work with a team of communication specialists. You will conceive campaigns, direct visual elements, instruct designers, and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team of communication specialists to conceive all types of Campaigns
- Create and maintain the visual outlook on accounts
- Direct the visual elements of all types of ads, website, outdoor etc
- Instruct the team of designers to execute the vision
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with other team creative members to develop concepts
- Pitch concept internally to the account team
- Direct photo or video shoots when necessary
- Work with senior designers to establish new skills and insights
- Stay abreast of new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns
Requirements
- Understanding of creative design and layout
- Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to build creative and unique ideas
- Confidence to communicate ideas and sell them to peers and clients
- Flexibility to adapt ideas to suit client expectations
- Willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising quality
- Awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
- Innovative approach to advertising execution
- Track record of inventive and compelling design work

Job Description

- Since we are in Jeddah, relocation is an essential part of the Job.
