- Support the CFO and CEO with day to day accounting tasks and internal financial reporting
- Assist with recording and organizing financial transactions
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations
- Help prepare internal financial reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
- Assist with petty cash, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Support monthly and year end financial closing processes
- Conduct follow ups on outstanding payments from clients and issue tax invoices and receipts when due
- Learn and adhere to internal accounting policies and procedures
- Provide general support to the finance and administration team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- 0 2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry level work preferred)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and collaborative attitude

About The Role
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior Accountant (Internship) to support our finance team in Dubai.
- This is an entry level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of basic accounting experience.
- You will work under the supervision of senior accountants and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and day to day finance operations.
