- Oversee and manage accounts for two UAE based companies and one US based company
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of company accounts and supervise complex accounting entries
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management
- Coordinate financial activities and transactions with other Shipa entities
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Supervise banking transactions and manage cash flow
- Lead the annual audit process and serve as main point of contact for external auditors
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, particularly in the UAE
- Prepare banking operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Proven experience as accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- In depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Experience in banking operations, domestic and international

Job Brief
- As the Finance Executive you will support the team to handle the financial operations for three companies: Shipa Freight Solution LLC, KSK Logistics LLC, and Boxit4me Inc. Your role will be to ensure financial accuracy, manage reporting, and lead key financial processes, including our annual audit.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the accounts for two UAE based companies, Shipa Freight Solution LLC and KSK Logistics LLC, and one US based company, Boxit4me Inc.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of company accounts and supervise complex accounting entries.

Requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- In depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
