About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the sales of jumbo tissue rolls to converters and industrial clients across UAE and assigned export markets
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and commercial offers in line with company pricing and margin guidelines
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, samples, orders, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Monitor order status and support after sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track receivables and assist in coordinating with finance team on payment follow ups
- Maintain updated customer records and sales data in CRM systems
- Support preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and basic market intelligence updates
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing within tissue and paper sector
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1 year of experience in sales support, B2B sales, or commercial operations
- Experience in tissue, paper, packaging, FMCG, or industrial materials is an advantage
- Basic understanding of sales cycles and commercial documentation
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to understand product specifications and work closely with technical and production teams
- UAE driving license is preferred

What You’ll Do

What You Will Need
