- Install tissue and soap dispensers at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot dispenser issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with the Fine Solutions team to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work performed
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep inventory of supplies and report shortages to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IPAF certification is a must
- Experience in installation and maintenance of dispensers and diffusers (or similar equipment)
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to various client locations

What You'll Do

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent; IPAF certification is a must.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of dispensers and diffusers (or similar equipment).
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage tools and handle on site technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations.
