Responsibilities
- Manage day to day handling of relationships with external partners including fund houses, custodians, distribution platforms, and global asset managers
- Coordinate execution and operational flows across counterparties; ensure subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls are handled cleanly and on time
- Support the investment team in screening funds, managers, and strategies for inclusion in client portfolios
- Build and maintain the investment universe, due diligence packs, comparative analyses, and fee benchmarking
- Produce investment memos, fund summaries, market commentaries, and client facing investment notes
- Translate technical investment content between English and Arabic for client communications
- Support trade execution across asset classes funds, equities, and fixed income
- Reconcile positions, confirmations, and settlements with the operations team
Requirements
- 2 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or investment operations
- CME1 and CME4 certifications (mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers, fund documentation, and reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve real workflows

The Role

The Profile
- 2 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or investment operations.

- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve real workflows, not just for drafting.
