The Role
- What you'll own here.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with company objectives.
- Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across core platform workflows.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and Legal to ship reliable, scalable solutions.
- Own product requirements, backlog management, release planning, and delivery quality.
- Lead integrations with external partners and service providers.
- Define and drive product and development operating rituals - backlog, PRDs, metrics, release readiness, and post-mortems.
- Establish product metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
- Design and iterate on incentive and engagement mechanisms to improve adoption, retention, and healthy usage, with appropriate controls.
- Hire, coach, and develop a small, high-performing product team as the company grows.
