Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery factory and site operations
- Lead and coordinate carpenters and joinery workers
- Read and interpret shop drawings and production drawings
- Plan and allocate manpower according to project requirements
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Production teams
- Inspect completed work and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Joinery Foreman in the UAE
- Experience in interior fit out and custom furniture manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, installation, and finishing
- Ability to read shop drawings and coordinate with technical teams
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
