Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Joinery Foreman to oversee and manage joinery works on-site in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in joinery and fit-out works, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate joinery works, including installation of wooden fixtures, furniture, and interior fit-outs
- Lead and manage a team of carpenters and joinery workers on-site
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution of work
- Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and monitor productivity
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in joinery/fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with site safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred
