- The Joinery Factory Manager will oversee daily factory operations, including production planning, manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
- They will manage a team to optimize production schedules, contribute to operational efficiency, and oversee the delivery of high-quality products on time.
- Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing resource allocation within the factory.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Operations Management
- Experience in overseeing Manufacturing Operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing is highly advantageous
