Role Overview
JMJ Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join its growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support and solutions.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for project execution.
- Coordinate workshop operations and production teams.
- Supervise workers and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Handle client communications and maintain professional relationships.
- Monitor site activities, identify challenges, and resolve project-related issues.
Requirements
- Experience in joinery estimation and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare quotations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage workshop staff and site teams effectively.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
