JMJ Interiors LLC is hiring an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager for its interior and furniture industry business.
The role focuses on driving business growth in the UAE interior fit-out market.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE interior fit-out market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Work with estimation, design, and project teams to support project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of business development experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong client network and established relationships within the UAE fit-out market.
- Proven record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
