Overview

Our position is called

Bdm (Business Development Manager)

, which is a management role responsible for leading a sales team to achieve the company’s performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

1.

Recruit and build a sales team of 12–15 members (the sales model is mainly outdoor face-to-face B2C sales).

2.

Conduct onboarding and sales skills training for new team members.

3.

Communicate company business updates and ensure execution of daily company policies and processes.

4.

Manage and drive the team to achieve the company’s performance targets.

Job Requirements

1.

Must currently live in Jeddah and be familiar with the local business market and talent pool (having recruitment/talent resources is a plus).

2.

Have management experience and be capable of managing a team of 12–15 people in an outdoor work environment.

3.

Strong ability to work under pressure and learn quickly; able to understand the company’s business direction rapidly and proactively solve problems.

4.

Willing to pursue long-term career development and adapt to the fast-changing pace of the business.

5.

English proficiency is required for daily business communication.
