- مؤسسة رائدة وموزّع معتمد لعلامات عالمية في زيوت المحركات بالمملكة العربية السعودية تبحث عن مدير مبيعات بخبرة قوية لقيادة فريق المبيعات ودفع النمو في السوق السعودي.
الدور باختصار
- قيادة فريق المبيعات، توسعة شبكة العملاء (جملة – مراكز خدمة – قطع غيار)، ووضع خطط بيعية لرفع الحصة السوقية.
نبحث عمّن
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير مبيعات في قطاع زيوت المحركات تحديدًا (وليس الزيوت الصناعية)
- معرفة عميقة بسوق الزيوت وقنوات التوزيع في المملكة
- قدرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة الفرق وتحقيق المستهدفات
- علاقات قائمة مع العملاء في القطاع (ميزة إضافية)
