- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy and growth plans
- Expand distribution channels and increase market penetration across Saudi Arabia
- Build and manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into measurable growth
- Lead and develop a high performing sales team
- Monitor commercial performance, profitability, market share, and key business metrics
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities
- Work closely with senior management to achieve the company's growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or commercial management, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding distribution networks
- Strong experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and performance management
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
- Preferred experience in automotive lubricants, fuel additives, car care products, automotive aftermarket, or spare parts distribution

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration across Saudi Arabia.
