- Manage social media accounts, organize content, messages, and comments
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries via WhatsApp and social platforms
- Follow up on potential clients and convert inquiries into actual sales opportunities
- Manage ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
- Prepare and execute marketing plans and campaigns and monitor results
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client follow up and no loss of opportunities
- Organize and update client data on CRM system
- Prepare periodic reports on campaigns, inquiries, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates
- Contribute to improving customer experience and communication style
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media account management
- Practical experience in managing ad campaigns and analyzing results
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business and message/customer management tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic
- Ability to handle clients professionally and convert inquiries into sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems and design programs like Canva is a plus
