- Execute and implement the strategic plan of the HR Governance Office, including conducting comprehensive periodic reviews of HR compliance with laws, policies, and procedures in Dubai government entities
- Review the implementation and adherence of Dubai government entities to HR strategies
- Review organizational HR structures and ensure alignment with approved structures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- CIA or CQA certification or equivalent HR audit certification
- 2 years of experience in auditing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Arabic and English reading, writing, and speaking skills

- تنفيذ وتطبيق الخطة الاستراتيجية لمكتب حوكمة الموارد البشرية بما يشمل إجراء مراجعات دورية شاملة لمطابقة الموارد البشرية للقوانين والسياسات والإجراءات والممارسات ذات الصلة بالأنظمة في جهات حكومة دبي
- مراجعة تنفيذ وتقيد الجهات الحكومية في حكومة دبي لاستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية
- مراجعة الهياكل التنظيمية للموارد البشرية والتأكد مدى مطابقتها للهياكل المعتمدة
Qualifications
- بكالوريوس في مجال الموارد البشرية، المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها
- شهادة مدقق موارد بشرية أو أي شهادة مماثلة للمجال الوظيفي
- CIA, CQA
- Microsoft Office مهارة متقدمة في استخدام برنامج
- مهارة ممتازة في اللغتين العربية والانجليزية من ناحية القراءة والكتابة والمحادثة، القدرة في الرد على الاستفسارات التي ترد من الموظفين في الدائرة وخارجها، وتحليل وتفسير التقارير والوثائق
