About the Role
Changan Automobile is seeking a Regional Sales Representative in Dubai to develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with distributors and corporate clients in the MEA region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealer partnerships and fleet sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, dealers, and corporate customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Provide product training and support to dealers and customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in MEA region
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry and market dynamics in MEA
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus; Chinese is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region

- 能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作并成为团队的一员。
- 英语流利;精通阿拉伯语;中文是一个优势。
- 愿意在多边环境协定区域内广泛旅行。
