- Maintain and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
- Observe and evaluate training program results
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Requirements
- Experience as a technical trainer
- Knowledge and experience in electric/hybrid vehicle technology
- Experience in designing technical courses
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Degree in a technical field preferred
- Certified technical trainer preferred
