About the Role
Changan Automobile is seeking a Brand Planner to develop and implement brand strategies for overseas markets, particularly in the Middle East. The role involves market research, brand localization, campaign planning, and managing official platforms.

Responsibilities
- Complete market research and user research to understand target user values and brand attitude changes
- Decompose overseas brand strategy goals and plan annual brand promotion strategies for the region
- Plan and implement brand promotion plans including brand launch events, product launches, exhibitions, and IP collaborations
- Collaborate with domestic brand teams to ensure regional projects align with overall strategy
- Implement brand localization strategy ensuring compliance with local laws and cultural customs
- Maintain brand VI guidelines to ensure consistency in content and vision
- Manage brand project budgets and evaluate effectiveness of each project
- Monitor brand metrics to improve local brand awareness, preference, and loyalty
- Build and operate regional official platforms including website and social media accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of brand or marketing experience
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Excellent Arabic communication and writing skills
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills

任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,3年以上品牌或营销工作经验
- 新闻传播、广告、市场营销或相关专业优先
- 优秀的英语沟通和写作能力
- 出色的阿拉伯语沟通和写作能力
- 有汽车行业工作经验,掌握汽车行业基础知识者优先
- 良好的沟通、协调和执行能力
- 具备良好的项目规划和管理技能者优先考虑
- 有现代、起亚、丰田、日产等汽车公司工作经验者优先
