About the Role
Dubai Courts Department seeks a Head of Institutional Excellence Unit to oversee quality, strategic planning, and governance. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality, business administration, or public administration with relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with central government program requirements
- Communicate and promote the vision, mission, goals, and strategic/operational plans
- Audit and monitor judicial and administrative indicators related to the unit and prepare achievement reports
- Follow up on implementation of indicators and initiatives
- Update and fulfill requirements of strategic and operational plans
- Monitor quality assurance reports (e services, smart requests, file movement, mystery shopper, service star, process audit, plan audit)
- Fulfill requirements of suggestions and complaints systems
- Ensure implementation of opinion surveys
- Update and document processes, flowcharts, partnership list, and related indicators; coordinate partner visits
- Provide support for documenting excellence practices in the court/administration
- Fulfill World Bank requirements
- Participate in setting general policy for strategic and operational plans and follow up implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quality, business administration, or public administration with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in quality, business administration, or public administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- UAE nationality required

Job Description
- Oversee the promotion of excellence concept and awareness of strategic planning principles and basics, and ensure quality in setting policies and methodologies for management systems.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- ضمان استيفاء متطلبات برامج الحكومة المركزية
- شرح ونشر و التوعية بالرؤية والرسالة والاهداف والخطط الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية
- التدقيق و الرقابة على المؤشرات القضائية والادارية المرتبطة بالوحدة التابعه لها وإعداد تقارير الإنجاز لها
- متابعة تنفيذ المؤشرات و متابعة تنفيذ المبادرات
- تحديث واستيفاء متطلبات الخطط ( الاستراتيجية – التشغيلية )
- متابعة تقارير ضمان الجودة ( الخدمات الالكترونية – الطلبات الذكية حركة الملفات – المتسوق السري – نجم الخدمة – التدقيق على العمليات – التدقيق على الخطط )
- استيفاء متطلبات نظام الاقتراحات و نظام الشكاوى
- ضمان تنفيذ مهام استبيانات الرأي
- تحديث وتوثيق العمليات و الخرائط التدفقية و قائمة الشراكات و المؤشرات ذات الصلة ، والقيام بأعمال التنسيق فيما يتعلق بزيارة الشركاء
- توفير الدعم فيما يتعلق بتوثيق ممارسات التميز في المحكمة / الادارة
- توفير متطلبات البنك الدولي
- المشاركة في وضع السياسة العامة للخطة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للإدارة ومتابعة تنفيذها
Qualifications
- شهادة البكالوريوس تخصص جودة /إدارة أعمال /إدارة عامة مع خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7سنوات في نفس مجال العمل أو في مجال أعمال تخصصية مشابهه
- شهادة الماجستير تخصص جودة/إدارة الأعمال/إدارة عامة مع خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في نفس مجال العمل أو في مجال أعمال تخصصية مشابهه
