Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to build the next generation of our digital platform. This role focuses on AI-assisted software development, enabling faster delivery of enterprise applications while maintaining high standards of quality, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will transform high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready React applications, develop scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot, and leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
- Translate high-fidelity Figma UI and UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React components that accurately reflect design specifications.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate boilerplate code, and improve software delivery velocity.
- Implement enterprise-grade application architectures by incorporating Generative AI and agentic AI concepts where applicable.
