Java Full Stack Developer

About the Position

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build responsive web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design scalable SQL database solutions and manage performance.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage Kubernetes deployments through AKS.
• Design cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
• Develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise data sources for intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and conversational experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Expertise You'll Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development, including 5+ years with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Strong experience with ReactJS or AngularJS for front-end application development.
• Expertise in REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
• Experience with API gateways, service discovery, monitoring, and logging.
• Familiarity with cloud security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Practical experience with large language models and RAG applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI application architecture, and model integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
