About the Role
Michael Page is seeking an IT Transformation Manager for a leading Insurance Group on a 1-year renewable contract. You will support IT and AI strategy development, lead transformation initiatives in data, digital workplace, and AI, and coordinate with regional teams.

Responsibilities
- Support development of IT and AI strategy, roadmaps, and business cases
- Conduct analysis on technology trends (cloud, data, AI) and business needs
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives
- Work closely with CIO and senior IT leadership
- Prepare executive level presentations (steering decks, strategy updates)
- Support decision making through data driven insights
- Support and/or lead IT transformation initiatives across Data & analytics platforms, Digital workplace solutions, AI enabled use cases
- Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain IT transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with strategy
- Monitor progress, KPIs, and budgets
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Coordinate with regional/global teams on strategy alignment
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in IT strategy / digital transformation / technology consulting, OR PMO / transformation roles in large organisations
- Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives
- Financial services or insurance experience is an advantage
- Understanding of Cloud, data & analytics, and AI/automation
- Understanding of IT governance and project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Conversational Mandarin is a plus

The Successful Applicant
- Experience: 5 8 years of experience in IT strategy / digital transformation / technology consulting, OR PMO / transformation roles in large organisations.
- Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives.
- Financial services or insurance experience is an advantage.
