Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and communication systems.
The role is for an experienced IT and Telecommunications Technician.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Install and maintain CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues.
- Set up and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and other network equipment.
- Install and maintain telephone and telecommunications systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and customers.
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates.
- Identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
- Maintain records of IT equipment and technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT and telecommunications.
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and communication systems is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
