Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and improve software systems and applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Troubleshoot and fix software issues and errors.
- Update and improve existing software systems.
- Work with databases and manage system data.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and users.
- Work with the IT team to improve system performance.
- Ensure software security and data protection.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with new software and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in software development and programming.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
