Job Summary
Manage overall branch operations in the UAE.
Ensure achievement of sales and business targets, customer service quality, team performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor financial performance, expenses, and budgets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Monitor cash handling, inventory, documentation, and branch security where applicable.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability.
Typical UAE Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably including supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and customer service.
