Job Summary
The employer is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives.
The role involves assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, prices, and company policies.
- Process customer requests, orders, bookings, or payments when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service standards.
- Perform other customer service duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, reception, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good English communication skills are required, while additional languages are an advantage.
