Provide technical support and maintain the hotel's information systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Support hotel technology platforms and help maintain compliance with company IT standards and security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, IPTV, key card systems, and telephony solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues and monitor network connectivity.
- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and email accounts.
- Perform system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patches.
