Role Overview
Minor Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for the Food and Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
The role supports smooth outlet operations, supervises the team, and maintains high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, lead team members, and ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
- Conduct shift briefings, monitor service quality, and handle guest feedback or complaints.
- Support revenue targets, cost control, upselling, stock management, billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and team development.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, health and safety, hotel standards, and effective coordination with other departments.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete required operational reports.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage operations experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management, food and beverage, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, guest-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and operations.
