Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, user account provisioning and access management
- Set up and maintain servers, devices, networking, Wi Fi, printers, and peripherals
- Manage company software, SaaS platforms, subscriptions, and license management
- Provide IT support to employees across the business
- Implement security best practices including MFA/2FA, password policies, and access reviews
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories
- Support software implementations, automations, and internal system improvements
- Work with vendors and procure IT equipment and software
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID)
- Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Experience with device setup (Windows & Mac), networking, Wi Fi, printers, peripherals
- Knowledge of security best practices including MFA/2FA, password policies, access reviews
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Nice to have: Intune or MDM solutions, automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make), basic PowerShell or scripting

- Employee onboarding & offboarding

- Company software, SaaS platforms, subscriptions, and license management
- IT support for employees across the business
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Security best practices including MFA/2FA, password policies, and access reviews
- Company social media and digital account ownership and security
- Creating secure processes for sharing company accounts and transferring ownership when employees leave
- Maintaining IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories
- Supporting software implementations, automations, and internal system improvements
