Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, printers, and other IT services.
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, backups, and security.
- Perform system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and basic networking issues.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure company IT systems comply with security and access policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT System Administration.
