Job Summary
Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, user accounts, and IT incidents.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support through phone, email, remote support, and onsite assistance.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals.
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, business applications, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and Group Policy.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
- Resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines and maintain strong first-contact resolution.
- Manage ticket records, asset records, onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and equipment allocation.
- Perform software installation, patching, updates, antivirus configuration, backup checks, and security activities.
- Prepare documentation and recommend solutions for recurring technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
