Job Summary
Manage the complete motor insurance process, including quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, claims, documentation, and customer coordination.
The role requires knowledge of the UAE motor insurance market and experience working with insurers, brokers, garages, surveyors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage motor insurance policies from quotation to issuance.
- Obtain, review, and compare quotations from insurance companies and brokers.
- Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and amendments.
- Explain coverage, premiums, benefits, exclusions, deductibles, and terms to customers.
- Coordinate vehicle insurance documentation and verify completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor policy expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- Handle claims from initial notification through settlement.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, garages, surveyors, and customers regarding claims.
- Maintain policy, vehicle, customer, premium, renewal, claim, and certificate records.
- Prepare insurance reports and maintain an updated insurance database.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE insurance requirements.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve insurance-related queries.
