Position Overview
The Camp Manager oversees the complete operations of multiple workforce accommodation camps in the UAE.
The role covers accommodation, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, security, transportation, employee welfare, discipline, administration, inspections, and compliance.
The position is in the Administration and Camp Operations department within the construction, contracting, and manpower industry.
Camp Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a minimum of four labour camps in the UAE.
- Ensure consistent operational standards across all camps.
- Supervise Camp Bosses, supervisors, housekeeping teams, security personnel, and other camp staff.
- Monitor occupancy, room allocation, transfers, check-in and check-out, and workforce accommodation requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of all assigned camps.
Facilities and Catering
- Ensure accommodation facilities are clean, safe, hygienic, and properly maintained.
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, kitchens, dining areas, recreation facilities, prayer areas, and common areas.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water, sewage, and other facilities.
