Role Overview
Lead the team delivering internal IT support services for Zoom employees across India operations.
Report to the Support Services Manager and help ensure reliable technology services for employees.
Team
The IT Support Services team provides end-to-end employee technology support across Zoom's India operations.
The team uses a data-driven, service-excellence mindset and ITSM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop support engineers across desktop support, IT asset management, and service management.
- Drive predictable delivery with visibility into priorities, stakeholder expectations, and project status.
- Provide technical support leadership to resolve end-user issues and improve productivity.
- Define, track, and publish KPIs using data analytics to measure improvement opportunities.
- Maintain SOPs and policies in compliance with security standards using ServiceNow, CAB approvals, and Jira.
- Manage vendors and partner with product teams on licensing standards and Zoom product adoption.
- Apply expertise across endpoints, macOS, Windows, networking, and IT tools while using AI for automation.
