Role Summary
Manage and support day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, users, data, communications, and technology operations.
Ensure reliable technology operation and security across office, factory, and project-site environments.
Work with management and departments to resolve IT issues, maintain availability, and improve technology efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare IT status, incident, cybersecurity, asset, server, backup, and performance reports for senior management.
- Improve infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, automation, reliability, and cost efficiency through suitable technology solutions.
- Maintain network diagrams, firewall configurations, server records, Active Directory and DNS information, asset registers, backup procedures, and user guides.
- Coordinate with internet, telecom, software, hardware, cybersecurity, and other IT vendors.
- Monitor system and network performance, identify risks, and reduce downtime.
- Support business applications used by management, finance, HR, procurement, production, design, and project teams.
Infrastructure and Security
- Manage infrastructure across office, factory, and project-site environments, including connectivity, computers, printers, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
