Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, LAN/WAN and Wi Fi connectivity, printers and peripheral devices, software installations and upgrades, PC relocation and workstation setup.
- Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Support end users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
Requirements
- UAE Driving License mandatory
- Experience in providing first line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user related issues
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, LAN/WAN and Wi Fi connectivity
- Ability to troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
