- Maintains high energy level and ensures end user satisfaction.
- Monitors customer calls, specifying progress and resolution details.
- Maintains accurate project records and monitors equipment performance.
- Ensures industry and local physical security processes are followed.
- Updates site material requirements to Project/Operations Manager.
- Escalates site technical issues to manufacturers.
- Provides training and develops skills of the team and peers.
Requirements
- Experience managing distribution of assignments and calls to technicians and engineers.
- Ability to diagnose and fix complex issues of end user systems.
- Knowledge of industry and local physical security processes.
- Sufficient knowledge and skills for value engineering and cost effective solutions.
