Role Overview
The role provides first-line technical support across corporate offices and multiple retail locations in the UAE.
The position is identified in the description as an IT Support Specialist at L1 level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for hardware, software, and retail IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 and L3 teams and follow through to resolution.
- Coordinate onsite support with vendors and external contractors.
- Maintain accurate incident and service-request records.
- Provide high-quality support to end users and customers.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of IT experience, including 2 or more years in IT helpdesk or support, is required.
- Retail or multi-site IT support experience is preferred.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills are required.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Flexibility for evening, overnight, and weekend roster shifts is required.
- The candidate must work independently and coordinate with local and international IT teams.
Work Schedule
- The role requires flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends according to a roster.
Workplace
- The role supports corporate offices and multiple retail locations, with onsite support coordination.
