Role Overview
Provide IT support across the company for computer systems, networks, hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
Respond to employee service issues and requests through in-person and telephone support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, monitor, maintain, repair, and replace computer equipment and systems.
- Set up user accounts and generate sign-ins for new hires during onboarding.
- Diagnose issues by gathering and analyzing system information.
- Update configurations, settings, permissions, software, drivers, and support tickets.
- Test new technology and potentially train junior staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for employee support and support logs.
- Analytical, problem-solving, time-management, multitasking, observational, and customer-service skills.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
