Role Overview
CCTV technicians install and maintain closed-circuit television systems and related security equipment.
The work includes video cameras, monitors, recording devices, networking equipment, and system troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair, and replace security cameras, computer networks, and other video surveillance equipment.
- Monitor security equipment for malfunctions and other problems.
- Record camera events and store footage digitally for later reference.
- Maintain logs of security incidents and report them to appropriate personnel.
- Install and maintain security equipment such as alarms and access control systems.
- Operate computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity.
- Troubleshoot problems with CCTV systems and their components.

- Immediate availability is required.
