Role Overview
Manage company inventory and ensure products are properly stocked.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
Duties
- Identify, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures for company property.
- Maintain inventory records, transaction details, reports, and product and sales material files.
- Assist in preparing for audits and report inventory issues.
- Maintain inventory levels, bin locations, quantities, expiration dates, and timely replenishment.
- Conduct spot-checks and report findings to the general manager.
- Maintain property security and coordinate with local authorities to protect company assets.
- Create and maintain property records in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Order replacement parts, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain customer account records and company vehicle and personnel records.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of experience as an inventory control manager.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of standard business software applications.
- Knowledge of inventory and purchasing procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and techniques.
