Job Summary
Support daily branch operations and assist the Branch Manager in leading the team.
Deliver customer service, achieve sales and operational targets, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day branch management and supervise, coach, and motivate employees.
- Provide customer service, resolve concerns, and support sales and branch revenue growth.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Handle cash, inventory, reports, and branch administration.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and step in for the Branch Manager when required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management; additional education is a plus.
