Wolf Group is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist with strong Shopify knowledge to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Shopify e-commerce stores
- Handle product uploads, collections, apps, and store customization
- Troubleshoot technical and website-related issues
- Monitor website performance and security
- Provide IT support for company systems and devices
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for website updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support and system management
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify
- Experience with Shopify themes, apps, and store management
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting is preferred
- Ability to solve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in e-commerce is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple Shopify stores
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and cloud systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
