Overview
- Installation, configuration, & maintenance of systems, servers, hardware, and software.
- Manage and optimize enterprise-grade LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
- Configure L2/L3 switching, VLANs, Inter-VLAN routing, and Spanning Tree protocols.
- Implement and maintain Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), VPN gateways (IPsec/SSL), and Network Access Control (NAC) to ensure institutional data integrity and compliance.
- Manage and monitor on-premises and cloud-based server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
- Oversee campus-wide Wi-Fi performance, heat mapping, and secure guest/faculty authentication (802.1X/RADIUS).
- Implement and utilize SNMP-based monitoring tools to analyze, identify, and manage bottlenecks and capacity planning for future campus expansion.
- Provide support and configuration for campus integrated audio-visual systems.
- Maintain robust backup schedules and contribute to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
