Role Overview
Provide frontline IT service desk support for GTT infrastructure and end-user computing operations.
Support Windows Client/Server, macOS, networking, operating systems, Active Directory, SIP systems, and enterprise applications.
The role is L1 support with rotational 24x7 shifts and on-call participation as required.
Location and Employment

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex deployment and configuration issues.
- Provide technical assistance for client computers, operating systems, and applications.
- Perform Intune OS imaging, software deployment, system configuration, and software compliance management.
- Support Windows Client/Server and macOS environments.
- Manage hardware and software procurement, inventory, and lifecycle activities.
- Create SOPs, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections.
- Test and assess software and systems for deployment.
- Provide on-site deployment and troubleshooting assistance with remote guidance from senior engineers.
