Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking and server management
- Knowledge in SQL, Oracle
- Knowledge of GMP

Job Summary
- Responsible for leading the technical support team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all technical issues, as well as maintaining the IT Infrastructure, computer systems, and servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, email systems, and internet connectivity, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead IT operations by providing timely technical support, resolving system issues, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, security controls, and disaster recovery measures to ensure data security, confidentiality, compliance, and business continuity.
- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system upgrades in alignment with business objectives and budgets.
- Manage the IT budget, procurement activities, vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and technology investments to optimize cost and performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the IT team by assigning priorities, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with business units to identify technology requirements, recommend solutions, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, conduct periodic audits, and prepare reports on IT operations, security, compliance, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMP requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards while maintaining confidentiality in all IT activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc. in Information Technology, computer science or any related field as per the country regulations.
- A minimum of Eight years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders.
